IN STORE PURCHASES

Should you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return an item, you can do so with your proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase to The Store Collective, 26 Hawley Street, Margate CT9 1QA

During the 30 day return period, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided your goods are unused, in their original (undamaged) packaging, including all tags, and in saleable condition.

Refunds and exchanges will not be provided for any items that are damaged, have been used, are missing their tags or packaging or in poor condition.

SALE AND JEWELLERY ITEMS

We are unable to offer a refund on any unwanted goods purchased at discounted prices. You still have 30 days to exchange or get a credit note (valid for 6 months) as long as you stay in line with the rest of our returns policy above.

For hygiene reasons and the safety of our customers we are unable to accept exchanges and refunds on any earrings, cosmetics/body & bath, swimwear, face masks or food products.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns are accepted if you inform us you wish to do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange to an equal value. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including tags), well protected/sealed and undamaged. And we must receive these items within 14 days of you telling us of your intention to return them.

Return postage is at the buyer’s cost. No responsibility is taken by The Store Collective for items damaged in the return post because of poor return packaging - and refunds/exchanges will not be provided for these. You can also return items to our store in Margate Old Town. Please contact us at info@store-collective.co.uk if you have any queries regarding returns. We endeavour to ensure all items are delivered to you in good condition and appropriately packaged.

Entering the correct shipping address on the order is your responsibility. If incorrect address details result in the order being returned to The Store Collective, any additional shipping fees for redelivery will be your responsibility.

Please contact us on info@store-collective.co.uk or call 01843 663455 if your item was damaged on receipt/in transit (do not dispose of the item before contacting us as we will need more information and photographs from you to deal with the issue).
