Shipping policy

UK MAINLAND PRICES & DELIVERY TIMES

 

STANDARD UK MAINLAND (Evri or DPD Mainland Standard Delivery) - Order by Midday, delivery period 2-3 working days. Rates are based on weight.

Extra Small parcel: £4.50

Small parcel: £6.00

Medium parcel: £7.50

Large parcel: £10.00

 

REST OF THE WORLD - delivery period and rates depend on shipping time, destination and customs.

Other shipping rates will be applied during checkout. 

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail (unless an item is prohibited, such as Matches - in which case we will select an appropriate alternative delivery provider).

The Store Collective Ltd are unable to accept any responsibility for late deliveries. All parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure that you will be present at the delivery address that you provide. If there no-one is present at your address, then a card will be left for you  by the carrier, in order for you to reschedule a more convenient delivery time.

Entering the correct shipping address on the order is your responsibility. If incorrect address details result in the order being returned to The Store Collective, any additional shipping fees for redelivery will be your responsibility. 

The Store Collective Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee.
