About the designer...
Two years of enforced restrictions on travel and freedom of movement led to reminiscing about the beautiful and inspiring places the founders of Nomi had been to, and dreaming of all the destinations still not checked off. A recurring theme of this nostalgia was how memories of these journeys were so enriched by the tiny details recalled. The evening hum of a bustling square in Valencia, waves gently crashing on a secluded cove beach in Mallorca, the vibrant colours of Oaxaca, the smell of orange blossom in a Moroccan riad. Nomi was created to celebrate the beauty and diversity of the places, people and cultures that make life that little bit more enjoyable to be part of.
