Sea Salt Caramel Truffles

Salted Caramel Truffles from Chocolarder. Made in Chocolarder's factory in Falmouth using only the best Cornish sea salt and fresh Cornish cream, coated with Asháninka 72% dark chocolate and rolled in their own pressed cocoa powder. The truffles perfectly balance salty and sweet while also being made ethically and sustainably. Early notes of green and red fruit, with undertones of hazelnut in the cocoa shell. Followed by the salt-sweet richness of Chocolarder's incredible Cornish-made caramel.

About the designer...

Chocolarder is a small, ethical bean-to-bar craft chocolate maker based in Cornwall. Everything that comes out of their factory is made with only the best ingredients, sourced locally where possible, in the seaside town of Falmouth. Founded in 2012, Chocolarder started as the passion project of Mike Longman, a former pastry chef. It was Mike’s commitment to ethical and sustainable practices that led to Chocolarder standing for more than just great flavour.
